East coast Supercross Series(Round 6 Houston)

4)The East Coat Supercross  series got underway last weekend with Trey Canard winning his first ever 450cc main event and Justin Barcia winning the 250cc main event.  James Stewart got taken out of the season early last year when he broke his wrist after being landed on landed on by another rider.  After missing the supercross and motocross seasons last year he is back and looking for a championship that he only got to defend for 3 races last year.  His little brother, Malcolm, is racing in the 250cc class for Suzuki city Suzuki on an RMZ250.  On the first lap in Houston Malcolm was out in the lead when PJ Larsen hit him and they both crashed.  Malcolm got back up and was in last place out of 30 riders and battled his way back to 14th place.  Malcolm is a very good rider and you couldn’t ask for a better older brother and mentor.

The Three top riders this year are James Stewart, Chad Reed, and Ryan Villopoto.  If you want to check out the Supercross standings online just click on the link below.
